I'm genuinely crying

So I've been saving for neuvi for months. I had around 165 fates/22k primos. I accidently converted my primogems to intertwined fates so I sent a ticket in customer service to see if they can revert them back to primos. However I also sent a ticket for the redeeming incorrect fates. Now the 165 fates I purchased got turned to standard wishes. I genuinely started crying, I've saved for months just to try and get neuvi and his c1. Now I don't know what to do

In the end now, all the wishes I have are standard. I can't send another ticket within 30 days and Neuvi is leaving in less than 30 days

Edit: I just want Neuvi and I have enough to get him. I have no fragile resin left and I'm farming artifacts for flins so I was going to use part of my primos to refresh resin

Yeah. The only reason to want primos over intertwined fates is if you for some reason want standard wishes or refreshes.

No wonder the support person got confused.

First, obligatory how even, second, send a non wrong fates ticket explaining the whole situation. And keep replying to it saying the previous ticket was misunderstood, that it was the support's mistake, asking them to fix it.

They got contacted about converting fates to primos, converted fates to other fates despite what you wanted, and you want it fixed

I'm sorry but this is OP fault not the support. OP send 2 ticket, 1 asking to convert back to primo, and another one converting to another fate.

It's better to come clean and explain properly instead of blaming the support.

Tbf I don't remember the wording of the incorrect fates one, but I had similar issues of buying wrong fates (blue ones) and when support obliged I was surprised I got purple fates instead of the currency I used (masterless star glitter or whatever it is called).

So while it is probably a problem of Genshin players can't read, I can understand where they are coming from.

This is problem with OP panicking, if they just wait for the first ticket everything will be fine. But OP panicked and send another different ticket, causing this problem.

If OP didn't send another ticket worst case scenario support will just reject it, but he still got purple fate instead of the blue one.

what OP did is worse. he converted to Intertwined Fate (limited wish). then submitted 2 tickets, one to revert IF back to Primogems, one to swap IF to Acquaint Fate (standard wish). and customer support processed the 2nd ticket instead of the first one lol. it is something else indeed.

Convert your Primo gems into limited pulls right away and do not try to save up large numbers of primo it just risks stuff like this happening.

I got confused looking at your post, I'm not surprised the support got confused either. Why would you want to convert your limited pulls back to primos? And the worst part was sending a ticket about the limited fates being "wrong" so now the support staff is confused and thought you wanted standard pulls. I don't want to be that guy but don't be a dumbass next time and send two separate tickets.

So you had the correct limited banner fates for Neuvi banner but wanted them back into primo for some reason. Then you sent a ticket saying you 'accidentally' converted them and also another saying you converted to the 'wrong' fates. The support probably put two and two together and concluded you wanted the standard fates instead and changed them for you.

I feel sorry for you but this one is totally on you. If you hadn't sent the tickets, everything would have been fine.

Edited: So you want your primo for resin refresh. Yeah that's certainly a choice...
