This is her base with her sig weapon,night of sky set with EM sands,goblet and circlet. I have her premium team lauma,nahida and columbina should I use crit dmg circlet instead of em one or run this set up only?

Too complicated for me on EM vs crit value but I do know highest akasha ranks have EM and Crit Damage circlets in builds.

there isnt an overcap you need to worry about but you should aim for closer to 60% crit rate and however much crit damage you can get

U can check on akasha for the top 1% builds for all your chars. This mostly shows you how ur Ratio should look like. But! Aim for 60cr and ~300cdmg and after try to fit in as much em as possible

No such thing as a cap on EM. The scaling from EM is linear.
Aim for 60% CR and 280% for CDMG if Lauma is in party. 50% CR and 260% CDMG if C2 Nahida is also in party.
At 300% effective CDMG you are likely to get more dmg investing in EM than CDMG.

You get more value from Crit DMG till 300%, after that just go all in EM.
