HoB is already included in the stat sheet. (3.5 + 3.1 + 10.1 + 10.9 = 27.6
Add that to the base 5 and 28 from the weapon and you get exactly 60.6
Add another 30 from the set and 5 if paired with Illuga and you have a total of 95.6, which is enough to crit about half of your hits, haha.

HoD is already included, so no Illuga it’s 313.2/90.6. With Illuga not c6 it’s 323.2/95.6, with c6 it’s 333.2/100.6 If you’re above 200 cd, more crit rate until 100 is the best crit you can go for, so being at 300 crit dmg that would be especially true

Getting exactly 100% is difficult and not something I aim for. You're likely to overshoot or undershoot. 95% is ideal. I'd rather have that than 105% if the total CV is constant. If moving pieces around to get that extra 5% means losing more than 10% in CD it's an overall downgrade in CV.

That's way too much crit rate with this weapon. Keep in mind the artefact gives you 30%, and if you manage to C6 Illuga, that's another 10%.
