Actually, it’s more so 3rd best. It’s only really BIS for lunar geo teams.

Peak patrol song, with its sheer stats can run higher than this. I know specifically for Albedo, PPS is higher than this.

In a non-zhongli team maybe, but a large chunk of her damage is lunar-crystallize, which doesn't scale with DMG% bonuses, so the passive is kinda poopy

Yeah I'm kinda dumb lol I forgot that def-scaling characters don't care about the low attack on HoD. And since I am gonna use Zhongli no matter what, I HAVE to use it. I think I'll probably switch Columbina to prototype amber from fav and just give both Illuga and Zhongli fav lol (i hate building er)

Sigh…I have an extra copy of Uraku Misugiri from my Chiori pulls, but I still might get this solely for the drip if I have wishes left over after pulling for her.

Although I’ve read this is not leaps and bounds ahead of Uraku in terms of DPS and that you’re better off trying for C1 Zibai if you have Uraku, so that you can get more Illuga cons.

That's a lot of stats.

That said, the CC's have been advertising her as a free-to-play Skirk: the Natlan craftable sword is good and some of her best supports are the 4-star units on her banner, so she's functional and hard-hitting right out of the box (with a lot of runway with better supports like Columbina and C2 Xilonen if you want to invest).

The only reason I'm considering her is her investment floor is so low and if push come to shove she doesn't need all the same units to unction that my other top units do.
