Considering the Fatui still new here, how they managed to conquer the lands of the fae princes in a year ?

Tsaritsa created the Fatui 3 years after she becomes Cryo Archon.

Dottore and Sandrone probably not born at this point so they couldnt have Delusions, enhanced soldiers and other robots.

The only members exist at that point are Pierro, Captino, Columbina, Signora and probably Pulcinella.

Pierro is the director so he already there with Tsaritsa.

Since Columbina was recruited after Sandrone already a Harbinger, she couldnt be one of the first Harbinger.

Capitano, Signora and Pulcinella are unknown when they joined the Fatui.

So either Pierro solo the fae princes and their army or he, Capitano and Signora fought together.

Cap probably also still had a good portion of his OG force at this point.

I mean, having a fuck-off sized army of shneznayan soldiers outfitted with *guns* might have something to do with it.

Remember: Tech has existed for quite a while. The Khaenrians had tons of robots and other machinery, and they came before the Fatui. It's fairly easy to imagine that they at least had flintlocks.

I think you are confused on the timeline.

Why would a descended involve themselves with the fatui clearing out the fae, when the fatui were established after the cataclysm 500 years ago?

Even if you think the 3rd descender is tsaritza's lover, the 3rd descender would have died prior to the cataclysm/during it.

I mean aside from the Fatui, whom could have had several strong members like Cap who are god level fighters. The Tsaritsa herself is an Archon. Less we forget the feats that Archons have demonstrated. I can't imagine there are many beings who can rival her power among the fae's ranks. So she can just summon a blizzard to wipe out visibility, stroll up to a base and freeze it and everyone inside solid. Then have her troops round up the frozen enemies. Any enemy generals will have to face Pierre / Cap / Signora or whoever else was a harbringers at the time. With that much power, numbers don't really mean much. Cause unless they have someone at god level guarding a base, she can take it out without easily. Hell even without fighting, just her presense among the ranks would send fear on the opposing side cause unless they have an archon level being as well, they have no way of directly fighting back. And I can't imagine the fae soldier having much morale knowing they are fighting an unwinnable battle.

And this is also assuming they don't also have a tech advantage against the fae.
