C0 sucrose vs C6 ifa

I'm playing with a team of C5R1 columbina ( couldn't get c6) ineffa and C0 sucrose but I have a C6 ifa what would be better to get the maximum damage

Sucrose is at least decent at C0, if not outright good. Ifa is terrible even at C6.
