Hu Tao and it's not even a contest. BUT i'm not going to count also being married to Nagatoro and Konata as cheating because Teyvat has its own laws and there's nothing to say polygamy is a crime there.
Hu Tao was my first *true* waifu and is still one of like 3 that i have genuine romantic feelings for, i actually love her and unironically wish she were real and my wife.
I have her c5r2 and i'm planning to go all the way to c6r5. I used my second free constellation to get Jean's c5 just so i can get closer to having a standard 5\* at c6 so i can start working on getting the things to ascend her past level 90.
You would be hard pressed to find anyone on this sub who loves her more than i do.
