Yes, she's his best support after Ineffa. And you can give Flins Ineffa's weapon if you don't have his signature weapon.

I'm using missive windspear on Flins with the 175 ER build, and I'm using him with aino furina and diluc(randomly). Ineffa's weapon will actually significantly increase his performance with this teambuild??

Oh my... Yes, Ineffa's weapon is great to buff lunar reactions so it's better for Flins than anything else (except his signature weapon). And you should use other electro character (Fischl/Ororon/Kuki Shinobu/even Dory) and Sucrose or Lan Yan or at least some other buffer in Flins's team. Furina always was a bad choice (as you already have Aino for hydro application and as Furina uses hp of the whole team and needs healer), now Columbina can be the hydro character in this team.

Thank you for your advice. Scara will work better than sucrose? Or I need specifically sucrose/lan Yan, it's just I never used them and idk if they buff somehow?
Also, Zhongli as geo will work, I want to try and get the 40% lunar DMG buff via Geo shards, but idk if I can.
In rest I now know how to build columbina(I'll have to break neuvi's build cuz I have no other rank4 upgraded proto amber T.T and it will be bothersome to build them)

Nope, Wanderer is a main dps, he can't be a support. Well, I guess you need to learn what characters what roles in the team can play. Check the guides.

No, I know, just asking cuz I never used specifically anemo support and I'm not sure if the anemo effect spreading are important or the talents themselves (i don't see her buffing anything outside the hexerei new talent).

Sucrose buffs em (it's very important for lunar reactions) and she can wear Viridescent Venerer set to shred resists and Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, which buffs atk of the character becoming onfield after the user of Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers. So if you play Flins's team right it would be Ineffa or Ororon or Fischl Q first (Fischl + Sucrose can have hexerei buff btw) then Colombina or Aino Q then Sucrose (or Lan Yan as she also can wear VV set and TTDS) E + normal then Flins E + E + Q (and some normal between them if needed) + E + E + Q. Then the whole rotaition again.

Yes,but honestly minimal difference(barely 1k TOTAL,not each shot,with columbina on her signature) if you have like c6 aino,columbina really isn't allat no matter what anyone tells you.She may support someone heavily later or smth like that.There are a few other things with her,but it's irrelevant to your actual ask,maybe i should mention them to avoid glazers jumping me,but i think i'll just let them ragebait themselves.
