the only buff ganyu need is a much much much faster charge attack. Thats the biggest weak point of her kit.

Raising her charged attack speed would kinda go against her original play style, and contradict with her C6. I think it's better to make her less vulnerable when charging by giving her knockback resistance/dmg resistance while she is aiming. Aside from that, more dmg bonus (maybe similar concept to Klee's buffs) would be great in boosting her DPS ceiling, allowing her to keep up with modern DPSs without overhauling her play style.
