Is C1 Ineffa or Columbina worth it?

I am currently at 74 pity guaranteed. I’ve got ineffa on her first banner and columbina with her signature on this patch. Thanks for the exploration, I am able to get the C1 od either the 2, Zibai or C2 Neuvy. Is any of them worth it or should I wait for anotger character?

Definitely not over C0 Zibai. Especially if you already have Columbina. I'd argue Colubina's R1 was already too far, it's very weak as far as signature's go. But it's fine if you really wanted it.

Columbina makes sense to do C1 if you plan on doing C2.
Zibai is good, but you also need Illuga, so you should keep pulling on her banner until you find him (C6 illuga would be better, but obviously I don't think you want to pull that much).
Neuvilette is good, but he's getting old.

Zibai, c1 neuvillete is already all you need on the character. C1 columbina is extremely weak you'd need c2 for an actual substantial increase. Ineffa c1 and c2 are great but the character is already insane tbh and they aren't exactly needed to make her good. Varka is sadly a terrible character even after the buffs so you should only pull for him if you REALLY like the character or playstyle. Of course there could be a new anemo buffer around the corner or artifacts sets or anything that we don't know about. Zibai is the safest and would be the biggest upgrade in her specific element especially considering shes along side gorou and illuga,

It's not worth it as compared to the increase of stats,in the first place,it is rare for c1s to be good,they try to bait you for c2(ineffa's is still okayish,because she works aight at c0,but bina becomes a dps at c2)

Idk,no one who knows their shi* will ever reccomend a character that's not released yet,you atleast need the day of release to come,from what we know so far?...prolly not,nuev c2 is decent but it's not allat either,i'm personally skipping everything myself too,hoping for next banners to be good.I mean,honestly,if you're looking for worth,it's hard to find it in cons,cons are usually a target for people who spend money without thinking or really like the character,if you don't like the character enough to be indecisive,prolly just leave it.Overall it's hard to explain,hope you get my point,i'm low on energy so my words aren't exactly most sensible rn.

Don't listen to that guy, Zibai is looking to be a pretty strong character, especially considering that you have Columbina with weapon. If you have both Nefer and Flins you can skip her, but if you have neither or only one she's definitely a recommended option.

Next patch is looking to have Skirk, Escoffier, Varka and Flins (presumably). Varka seems really weak coming out fo the beta test, Skirk and Escoffier are really strong but you ideally need both, and Flins would also be a good addition since you have Ineffa already

If you're talking purely about C1s instead of getting constellations over time, Ineffa's C1 is better than Columbina's in LC teams.

If you just want to collect characters or broaden your roster, then obviously don't go for constellations over newer characters you'd actually want.

Back in Sumeru or so, I might've recommend getting newer characters, but now there are over 100 and outside of the enemies and characters who "shill" for each other (gloob-aligned damage or whatever has entered the chat), chances are you have good enough supports and damage types as-is.

Regardless, it's always "go for what you like the most." No since in pulling for shiny new characters you don't want, or stacking constellations on characters you don't like using.
