I've been using the treasure compass and it's maxed out for all of Nodkrai but I cant find the last oculi 😭😭 did hoyo do this on purpose or is it quest locked?

There is one locked behind Illuga’s meeting point quest but without more info we can’t really know which one you’re missing.

I've done all the meetings point quests I have a feeling it might be that one quest where you have to put all the artifacts into the statue thing but I need one more I completely forgot about that when I'm not busy I'll check

You can craft the oculi finder. It's a consumable that tells you the location of one oculi

The Nod'Krai compass already does that.
Op is likely missing the one in Illuga's quest or the one that's behind a teleport icon and is barely seen in the map.

The second one is the one I missed when I was collecting them all. I checked every island 4 times and swore I thought I was going crazy.

Go to each columbina statue and use the compass. It should pick up one at one of the locations.

did you get the one at barrowmoss barrens? use compass in lempo isle and click on the teleport above nasha town (the one near a pool of water). the oculus icon gets hidden behind the waypoint icon so if you click on it to teleport, it should show you two "options" (the waypoint and the oculus) instead of just bringing up the teleport pop-up.
i think this is one of the oculi a lot of people missed.

Well I have collected all of them just leaving one in columbina's hand
Last one can be quest locked like one in hisi Island after you complete that big rock
So try to locate again on map cause this compass is so goated it show all occuli whether it's quest locked or not

Have you done the Reed Miller quest? IIRC, the oculus there doesn't show up on the compass until you unlock the area.
If you've already done so, it might be in some other quest locked areas.

U can try and use an interactive map thats what i did, also did u do illugas quests? It leads u to a oculi
