Could the 3rd descender be

The Vinster King? The third Descsnder fell in love with a woman speculated to be the Tsaritsa and was tasked by her dad to open the gates to the abyss. This led to his death and afterwards his body was turned into the gnosis.
The Tsaritsa also loved the third Descender and is collecting the Gnosis perhaps to bring back the third Descender.

Gnosis already exist by the time Vinster king/King Irmin rule, the archon war predate fall of Khaenriah by thousands of year.

We know who all the Descenders are. In order, they are the Heavenly Principles, Nibelung*, Saarelainen and the Traveler. The Gnoses were created thousands of years ago from the Third Descender's corpse, so it can't possibly be the Vinster King. Also that Tsaritsa stuff is pure headcanon, there's no evidence for it.

I wouldn't call it headcanon.

There are connections between Pakkaisukko and Monomakh Snezhnyi being the same person, and if that is the case, it is not a leap of logic to theorize that Anastasya Snezhnaya is the daughter.

It's still a theory that may or may not be true no doubt, but a theory based on connections in existing lore and not vibes.

I'd argue it is a leap in logic if there's no evidence to suggest that the Tsaritsa is related to the Belyi Tsar in the first place, even presuming that he and Pakkaisukko are one and the same. We also have no information whatsoever about the Tsaritsa pre-Cataclysm that could even infer that she's been alive long enough to fill that role.
