What is that floating island?

I saw a 5y old post that looks somewhat similar but I dunno if its the same one. They said it was celestia. im seeing it from the floating pillar on top of dragonspine. when I look in the direction it is, it looks like its above chenyu vale.

It is Celestia. It looks slightly different from that older post because they've updated it over the years.

That's Celestia where higher gods live, They are the one who give out Archon status to Archons.

Every Vision bearer can Ascend to Celestia to achieve Godhood, "Vanessa"(Founder of Knight of Favonius) is the only said human to ever ascend to Celestia.

It’s funny how over the years, I can’t even remember how many posts like this I’ve seen. Not unwelcome tho cuz it means theres still more and more new players.

Come to think of it, what is the first actual in game moment where the island in the sky is called celestia? I remember knowing about it from the comic/lore videos going into the game, so I dont remember where the game itself tells you this.

KhromaT-T2026-01-29 15:22

I know in general celestia is referred to as being in the heavens but I dont remember it called an actual island and ive only got two more archon quests to do.
