Tower of Inversion Quest Bugged?

I completed the tower of inversion quest but it still says there is abyssal corruption like a full bar of it when I enter the area its just there is no longer anything to do, the corruption areas are cleansed the little moon eye rock things are restored and im fairly certain i already finished the quest - even went back up the tower and touched the thing.

Also I cant enter the eyeball thing at Kipumaki cliff, looked it up and it said I had to do the tower of inversion quest but ive already done it and its still not open?

There's multiple quests under "East of the Moon, West of the Sun." You need to keep going.

i finished all the quests in east of the moon west of the sun? I got all the cognoscenti and got the first iron coin i dont see how thats relevant to the Tower of Inversion quest since its not part of the East of the Moon, West of the Sun

I think I got the names mixed up, but the point is, there's another quest.
