Flins , zibai or someone else

These are the characters I have I have just recently gotten ineffa, I'm wondering who should I pull for, should I wait to get flins get zibai(i don't have geo dps) cuz her banner is really good. I'm hesitant to get flins cuz he relies heavily on ineffa and idk if I need another electro dps

You have Ineffa and no Columbina, so Flins, or Columbina. Certainly not Zibai.

Is Columbina a must have for Zibai?

Zibai does not have a dedicated 5-stars buffer like Lauma or Ineffa, so her base numbers are higher, but her potential ceiling is lower. Without Columbina her lunar damage will be severely limited, and unless you manage to get Illuga and Aino to C6 in the same banner, you will have limited results with her. If you have no other geo/hydro units to put in her team (C6 gorou, Chiori, Zhongli) she will be on her own.

While Bina is a cherry on top of Nefer/Flins teams, she is a lot more important for Zibai since there are no real alternatives.

Not a must have but an improvement to her team for sure. Aino is also ok, especially if you have constellations.
