Paimon...?

(sorry for bad english)

Hey guys, I just realized something:

Paimon never appears in the cutscenes where our brother/sister shows up (or at least I don’t remember her ever appearing). Could there be an explanation for this, or something deeper behind it?

EDIT: ok paimon talks to our sibling in 1.4

I noticed that too. And it's really starting to get conspicuous. Just adds to the general mystery of Paimon.

Except that it's wrong because Paimon literally is in the cutscene and talks to our sibling during the 1.4 " we will be reunited quest"

In "We Will Be Reunited" Paimon's there. The only other times we've seen the sibling is: seeing the past in the Leylines, in Caribert's dreamworld, in the weird space-time created by Diredyth, and Rerir pretending to be the sibling.

Its probably theyre avoiding a plot beat that should obviously come up between the sibling and paimon in retrospect (ie. If you are Hoyo and know what is going on behind the scenes, and need to map out this reveal happening at a specific time).

What could this be? That is where you have room to speculate. Has Paimon learned something that would cause her to see through your sibling's act, whatever their deal is? Does your sibling know something about Paimon and even seeing her would cause your sibling to react in a way that makes it obvious? Are they both merely suspicious of each other and would refuse to cooperate together, so the story keeps them apart so the player can enjoy each?
