Put her with Aino if you don't have any other Nod-Krai 5*s. Go to the website keqingmains to see some nice guides for what weapons and artifacts are good, team options, the best way to play a character... But if you're early game, don't worry about finding 5* artifacts, etc, just use what you can :)

That's good too,works well,you might wanna try with venti/jean/kazuha though,might prove overall better.The witches buff isn't necessarily allat.

They fid say FTP and sure you can get Jean on the standard banner Vent and Kazuha not do much plus they said they wanr\]ted to use Sucrose

You're correct,i'd say it's pretty much equal,but you have to put suceose os TTDS as well as make sure you have c1,she's also a little hard to use now.
