I am stuck. what would you do?

Hello. i am stuck on a quest in nod-krai(i believe, i don’t remember) and it literally deactivated my Co-Op.

Long story short: i’m a 1.0 player, at level 56 or 57, but my characters are pretty low built because of some particular reason(such as moving country, covid, work, or school related problems). I didn’t play all day all night but I played with some pauses in between, and mainly focused on the story, without doing any progression for my characters. I went only for some artifacts hunt with my friends (who decided to help me during the last 5+years) for yoimiya, itto, keqing and hu tao but for the rest of my account it’s a disaster. So, now i am stuck on this mission with this big ball that fell on the ground and that i have to protect, but i cant figure out how to get past to it because all the enemies are reinforced. and my world level is already lowered but not enough apparently! i suck at this and it’s been a month already that i’m stuck. i passed this month by trying to find good artifacts for some characters but they’re really low level… and i cant even do bosses because they’re strong af and i keep dying.

so, my question is, is it possible to send an email to customer service and ask them to reset the quest? or “unclog” my online option? what would you do in my case?

i just want to play the mirabilia! i couldn’t do the task for the costume because my coop is not active. ;-;

the quest is “Palace of the vision serpent”. thank you 🙏🏼 i’m so desperate!

your only option is making your characters stronger, and use food buffs if you need to. Focus on them 1 at the time.

This happened to a loooot of people early game (like 1.0) with that one Liuye quest that blocks Coop and sends ruin guards and hunters at you in a cave and on a time limit.

Really no other solution.

yeah that quest was fine by then because my friend helped me build my characters but now everything is completely different and my friends don’t play anymore. so i find myself stuck in this cave trying to protect but anything works. i tried even the freezing team but nop it doesn’t work ;-;

teleport out, and level your chars, look online (keqingmains is a good source) for builds (you dont need perfection remember, decend is good enough). And look up some teams.

Seriously I cant reccomend you anything else, support wont do anything for this.

Aight you mentioned your DPS characters but not who's on their teams. Specifically, who are your supports for Hu Tao and Itto? Do you have any shielders?

Alright, I have some possible strategies for you because of the particular enemies you're up against. Pick whichever one appeals to you the most, or even combine them:

Kachina: level her up and stick her in the team so that you have nightsoul damage available, since that will eat into these enemies' void shields quicker. I'd put her in an Itto-Gorou-Fischl combo, but you can throw her in other teams if you prefer.

Burning: level Yaoyao, Collei, or Dendro Traveler and use Hu Tao to burn these enemies. Burning is the best reaction for dealing with void wards since it hits so often.

Endurance: level Kokomi and play her in a party with Bennett, Xingqiu, and Diona and just survive. This will take an eternity but there's no time limit, right?

In your place, I'd probably use Hu Tao, Xingqiu, Kachina, and Diona. Whatever team you decide on though, just stick to it!

usually my team is Hu tao, xingqiu, kokomi + an extra

Why not post your squad and then show the team that you use?

I got by with a Noelle team but then I discovered the now outdated Hyperbloom comp.

Way cheaper plus easier to build than a team that relies on crit dmg/crit rate gears. And I would've progressed way easier had I started with that comp in the first place. Though I might have to use Lisa before pulling Kuki.

I used Kuki with all EM artifacts I could equip her plus the free black iron sword from one of the Liyue NPCs. Made MC walk to Sumeru and resonated with Dendro. Barbara and Collei made up the rest of the team.

you can always coop to do artifact domains, talent book domains, world bosses

I dont know what quest you are talking about but story quests are never too hard so just spend a month or two building a decent team and you can do it

The artifact domain have matchmaking. You should be able to do that regardless of world coop being locked
