What would Dottore look like in real life?

Hey! I am currently working on 3d model of semi realistic dottore and I really need your opinion. It would be great if you could describe how you see his face in realistic style. I need only face descriptions. Thank you everyone 💓

Zandik is canonically considered handsome tho. It's a matter of taste of course, but as much as I like Dafoe as an actor I can't find him handsome, not conventionally at least

What do you mean by "real life?" He's from Sumeru which is a weird mix of northern Africa, southeast Asia, and a few middle eastern countries; so I'd look at people from those regions for phenotypes like natural hair and eye color, and facial features.

But he's also super not real nor is he from any location, so he could just look like some unnoteworthy guy with white hair and a bird mask?
