what to do?
Recently a couple days ago, someone had gotten into my account and deleted everything. My weapons, artifacts, character development materials, basically anything that could be deleted. Despite asking a friend who had my genshin account, provided me that it wasn’t them or anyone in their family. (Long story short i had given them my account when i was away and their brother used all my savings so that was devastating. But i changed my password and everything before it happened again.) Snd ever since i lost what feels like everything it’s been hard to come back, i dont know where to start or even how too. It’s like restarting everything but im also fully progressed into the game. I emailed genshin and theres nothing they can do. So now im not even sure to do. I used everything and even just then got Columbina’s weapon and now it’s gone. I got advice to get Flind weapon again first since hes a regular character, and since Columbina is considered archon status she will mostly have a rerun. What do i do?

There could be quite a few reasons as to how this happened, but overthinking them and going for some revenge is not worth the energy. At most it seems you put your trust in the wrong people.
I also personally have access to some of my friend's accounts because we have that level of trust, the level that we can share emails and passwords for logins. But regardless of my own experiences, it is still dangerous no matter what.
Hoyo support can't do anything as this isn't an issue on their end or some kind of bug between the game and player. Keep a realistic outlook on what has happened, don't live in regret for too long.
The way to move forward is on you, either stick with the account and spend time to get some usable gear (losing high tier weapons sucks), or start anew. I don't entirely recommend starting from scratch though. This is for the case you still really really enjoy the game and still want to be a part of it all.
But I also understand that this event may leave a really negative and bitter taste, and make you not want to continue after such a loss. The feeling is valid. It's entirely up to you. Good luck.
They may not grant the rollback but you lose nothing for asking.
Ask them to reset the trust on your account for all devices if you mean to keep using it. I believe Genshin can learn what devices have been used to log in before and holds those devices to a lower standard.
It is good you trust your friend but they fumbled that trust. They should not have been allowing people that you did not expressly permit access to touch your account. Perhaps it was an accident or not deliberate, but you must assume they have been at a minimum careless with something very valuable to you and may have leaked access to you account without meaning to. Perhaps the brother was malicious or their phone was compromised or whatever else. It is not necessarily a friendship ending fumble but a reminder that some lines are good to have and not everyone feels responsibility in a similar fashion.
In the future it may be safer to just accept you miss a few days or even weeks for such games. It is not a big deal to miss out a little bit here and there in the grand scheme of things.
I often wonder if situations like this one here actually teach these people anything at all about trust, or whether it's just a stepping stone to it happening multiple times during their life.
DO... NOT... SHARE... ANY... ACCOUNT... DETAILS... WITH... ANYONE!!!
Its a bummer but its also against TOS to share accounts and HOYO can't do anything about it most likely, never share any passwords or account details with anyone on things that you might find valuable because someone else wont
