I would have arround 250 to 300 by the end day of 6.4 comes so getting 2 characters wouldn't be an issue sinse I also have 30 pity in it. If I don't pull in 6.3.

I worked out some calculations the other day that let me reach a conclusion on a similar decision.
Each day you get:
Welkin Moon 90 primos
Commissions 60 primos
Each month you get:
Spiral Abyss 600 primos (if you 9\* floor 11, or 800 if you 9\* floor 12)
Imaginarium 620 primos (if you complete 8 acts on hard mode)
Paimon's Bargains 5 wishes (stardust, plus another 5 from starglitter if you really want)
Daily web sign in 60 primos
And each patch you get:
Stygian 450 primos (if you complete 3rd-easiest difficulty)
Flagship event approx 980 primos
Character trials 80 primos.
This gives you averages of:
1.6 wishes per day
48 wishes per month
67 wishes per patch
And it takes 180 wishes to absolutely guarantee getting a character beyond all possibility of not doing so.
So that's your conservative estimate of how long it takes to save up. Just under 3 patches per character, or 3.5 months.
But that's a worst-case scenario. You might get some stars on floor 12, you might get the character at lower pity, you might win your 50/50.
This also doesn't account for exploration, world quests, story quests, smaller events or time-limited rewards. So the next thing to ask is if a map expansion is coming in 6.4 (don't know, haven't heard about any), how much exploration you've done of all current areas of the game, whether we'll be getting a Varka story quest, whether you've done all the quests you can and everything else like that.

Lots of factors here such as how much of NK and other regions you've explored and how far you can go in the end game modes, but considering you're on 60 pity for the weapon banner, IF you win on that, you have a shot. That's a big if though. 37.5% odds.

Just prioritize who you want most and pull for them, You either get them or don't. There is no real advice to give here, It can be 3 wishes or 480 wishes.

Yeah that's smart thinking but neuvillete is not that strong anymore so if I wanna keep playing with him I would need to invest a little More that's said pulling his sig would acctuly give columbina surf up that's currently neuvillete useing .
