Zibai or escoffier ?
I am wondering which one should I pull I already pulled columbina and ineffa for flins. Should I go for zibai too I already have a C6 gorou and columbina or should I save for escoffier for skirk I already have furina along with skirk's weapon
Gameplay wise both skirk and zibai are pretty same normal attackers

You also have the option to capitalize on her burst.
Whike zibai is just...random liyue girl spaming normal sword attacks, with geo colors.
Skirk normal attacks looks way fancier and she is funnier overall to play.
And skirk has aura.
But in the end there is no good answers to your question, it all depends on your taste.
Either you want to deal big geo lunar dmg, or big cryo dmg.
Definitely makes her insanely hype and interesting lmao and not "randomly showing up during a nodkrai/mondstat year"
Even gameplay wise she is nothing to write home about...spams basic sword attacks, and ult issnt vosually interesting or original and is basically just a big aoe of dmg.

She isnt even the first one to make geo crystalize as columbina already does it x) so nothing unique about her.
Just because you don't read lore books doesn't mean *no one* reads, and I'll reiterate, in bold, in simple words; two books, **5.3 Lantern Rite quest, 6.0 Yanfei anecdote**. That's a lot more than most new characters get before their release.

Then we get a random liyue woman that has nothing very fancy about her.
Gameplay wise there is nothing original, just a woman spaming normal sword attacks.
They can try to inteoduce her through the event, she is still random and lame lmao.
Also this lantern rite is permanent and will have a lot of lore. And we also get info on the fake moon that is referred in the latest archon quest
Zibai won't be an upgrade to your account, you'll mainly just have an alternative for flins.
There's cases where you can use both at the same time (like this Stygian), but that will probably quickly lose relevance as we get more characters.
Whichever lunar dps doesn't get columbina is kinda forced to be a weaker version of themselves.
Meanwhile escoffier will elevate your skirk team to somewhat compete with your lunar teams. She'll definitely be better than whichever lunar carry doesn't get bina.
Zibai wants Bina, but so do other teams, so that might carry an opportunity cost. Esco is skirk's partner. Your other teams won't care if Skirk takes her. You were probably not going to use Esco on another team anyway.
