If you build her as a DPS I assume you have (or plan to get) Lauma. In this case, you are already overcapping crit rate, 45% is the limit.
You also need to drop that HP crown and get a crit damage one instead. With her weapon and on a DPS build (where crit rate and ER is not as necessary) you should be at least around 250% crit damage, possibly up to 300%. You are C2R1, remember you get a lot of extra HP as soon as you use your skill.
Your artefacts are all really bad honestly. Lots of procs on useless stats, not a single one is worth keeping in this screenshot. You should be able to make up for the HP% Crown in HP% substats alone, and more crit-damage substats as well.
