Arguably yes. Could've gone much worse and gotten a random Standard. Bad risk to try weapon banner without enough to guarantee.

Yes, it is. And Ineffa's weapon is arguably the better one. Unless you want it for looks, Columbina's weapon is quite weak as far as signatures go.

I mean, you certainly can do whatever you want, but... are you sure you have your priorities straight? Unless you just want columbina+lauma independent team, of course. That said, in that case flins wants ineffa even more, since he won't get columbina.

That's exactly why i wrote what i wrote. Normally, when you broke you prioritize characters first, since what's the point of weapons, if you have no characters to use. And weapons are more on a "if you have surplus funds" luxury scale.
Weapon might be a good investment, if it's a weapon for a hyper-carry or something (or atleast a really broken support one), but in case of columbina - i can't see a reason to ever prioritize her weapon over synergistic characters, since she is all about exactly that synergy between characters.

If you're broke, the last thing you want to be doing is pulling on weapon banners. Weapon banners are for whales or for lower spenders who happen to have a lot of wishes to burn. It sounds like you fall into neither category.
5-star weapons are usually only a small boost to a character's effectiveness (especially in the case of Columbina, whose weapon is pretty "meh" as far as signature weapons go) compared to getting a proper support teammate.
