looking for pulling advice

is it wise to wait until columbina's rerun?

i have around 280 pulls and 18 pity (50/50), i'm currently saving for zibai's banner. from it, i'm hoping to get not only zibai but 3 copies of illuga (c2) and 3 copies of gorou (c6). i may end up pushing for c6 illuga though (if he's nice) because i've grown to really love him, he is the main appeal of the banner for me and i'm pulling zibai just to have an excuse to use him (although zibai is super cool too).

because of how unreliable getting particular 4 stars is i decided it'd be best to just skip this run of columbina as much as it pains me (having already prefarmed what i could..) but is it really that bad..? i'm getting doubts and worrying i'm being kind of stupid waiting so long to get her but also... pulling for 4 stars is so scary T\_T and it'll probably only be a couple months until she runs again.. which i'm fine waiting

additionally, i'm saving for nicole and potentially c2r1 durin (currently c0r0).. incase that changes things. also, i don't need columbina for teams outside of zibai, my only other lunar is lauma

No, if only for meta you'll regret it, you have enough pulls to secure both Columbina and Zibai I don't understand what's your concern.

Otherwise, pull for whatever character or weapon you like the most

i don't want only columbina and zibai - i want 3 illugas AND 3 gorous too and i cannot settle without them, but 4 stars can be a pain in the ass. the amount of horror stories i've heard is astounding.

With 280 pulls i think you should be ok to get those even if you pull for columbina. Most unlucky case would be losing 50 50 and going soft pity twice but thats how it is with the gacha games. I would definitely pull for columbina then zibai and possibly some zibai cons for illuga cons aswell

if that's what you see it as, sure? yes i want to see if people approve or if i'm being overly cautious.

i genuinely like columbina a lot so i've been thinking it over a lot throughout the duration of her banner. i like to play it safe since i typically have bad luck in gacha games and have been burned too many times attempting to gamble.

i wanted to ask for others opinions because i'm so unsure.. if i was 100% sure then there'd be no need to publicly make a fool of myself lol.

sorry, i don't understand what seems so aggressive to you... i just wanted other peoples input to make a better decision and see if it changes my view on the matter. it helps to get other perspectives instead of sticking in your own bubble.

again... if i was already certain i would not be posting here..?

You can use Aino until you get Bina, and she's on Zibai's banner as well. I've been using Aino (c1 only) with Ineffa before Bina and she was pretty good, just give her enough er to burst consistently, her hydro app is good in ascendant gleam. Bina will push Zibai's dmg more but I bet you'll be fine till her rerun. Good luck with your pulls.

i think that's generally what i've seen people saying on the zibaimains sub since getting illuga cons (esp c6) are so valuable. maybe i'll just full send illuga c6 if i don't cave for bina.. ?
