It might be best for me to skip zibai for now. And focus on getting neuvillete sig. Skirk esscofifer they likely not come any time soon.

Charcter pity 30
Wepone pity 60
And i also have artifacts prefarmed for Skirk and leveled up 2 wepones for her to the 90 .
But i haven't farmed a single viable piece that zibai could use so in mean time I get to farm artifacts for her

Honestly Neuvillette has REALLY fallen down, even if this stygian has a boss made for him it is still hard ro clear with him.

I would never invest on him anymore if you are looking for a META team.

If you want your fav character to be cool or anything else then yeah go for it

Yes that the problem otherwise I had no problem getting all of them i just literally pulled columbina Ineffa in 6.3 first half if I had given just one patch time to farm it

I don't know if Neuvillette's signature is worth it. It wasn't that great when he was released.
There are good f2p catalyst options, you're better off trying to go for Escoffier and Skirk.

Acctuly he's wepone is great but people dint reccomend it because of c1 he's sig is almost equal to his c2 in dammge wise
