To be fair, that *could* be Qiqi. There's a few hints here and there, like the bandages, the ancient timeframe and the fact she was collecting Violetgrass, which is Qiqi's ascension specialty.
Sure, it's not 100% confirmed, but it's a fun theory, I guess. And it's not like there's any way to actually disprove it. It's not misinformation until proven otherwise.

I hate that account so much, I think it started as genshin one with stolen memes, stolen arts and when people called them out they blocked them.. usually stealing memes and stuff wouldn't be an issue but nor do they credit even go as far as to remove the watermarks...

Yes this is one of those verified accounts that steals videos and memes from others.
On top of that, X offers payment to verified accounts with high views and user engagement.
That is the main reason why they are so eager to do it.
But they get paid for content they didnt create. So any hate you have towards them is justified, even if it wasnt for this reason. Its a thievery that goes on because most people think they are just stealing likes.

Its an issue with the platforms, cause the platforms reward clicks. Even with platforms like YouTube trying to reward watch time all that happens are videos with a ton of fluff.
The partner program was meant to dissuade this, but when there are so many people request it auditing everyone becomes impossible.
The only real answer is moderation tbh.

There is one golden rule: if the twitter account is about gacha and is based in africa, india, south america or especially europe, they will spread misinformation.
