C'mon hoyo, this cant end like this...
Hoyo refuse to send me new form to retrieve my account man š„¹šš„¹šš„¹šš„¹.
Some weeks ago. I saw an ad in google about a web site with low prices welking moon and BP and got attracted, they asked me to login and stuff, I did. Day later i got a strange warning in my account, and decided to change my email, i did it without problems. Some day later I got hacked even with email changed. They changed my passwords in hoyo and in gmail while i was sleeping. I emailed hoyo and got account back. Days later again i got broken again, and e-mailed hoyo again, explained that i found who was hacking me, that it was a hacker/scammer website, and they broke into my account again, but then, they just keep saying this and I dont have any acess in my account anymore, its been almost 3 weeks of emailing hoyo and the same answer. I have all profs im owner all the top ups infor, everything, but allways the same answer. C'mon man what can I do?
(P.s Somehow i still have acess to hoyolab app, but cant change anything bc they ask for send a security email to the gmail they hacked) Im really frustrating š

Especially when it asked you for your login information. Something that you never need to give to top up.
It could not have been more obvious.
And yeah, if it's a random website promising something that's too good to be true and that you've never heard of before, you shouldn't sign in with any of your accounts blindly. That's basic web and account security.
At least hide the fact that you're in HSR/Genshin trade trying to sell account or something.

People like yourself are the reason I have to take so many cyber security training courses at work. Because there are so many people so easily duped by the most obvious scams.

I have all my infor with me, but they just cant ACCEPT me to recover, like : ha u got hacked? We cant retrieve your account. Or something like that. I send almost 17 emails with proffs and all, i only recieved this same answer š«¤š«¤š«¤
The device proof was a big deal too. I remembered that a few months before I lost my account, I had to exclusively play GI on my phone because I was on a work trip. So I told them, "For the whole 2nd week of January 20XX, I only used my phone to access the account in this location" or something like that.
After what i've read and people told me ill give up. I might just deleted this dumb shit post and accept it. I came for help. I think I deserved that. Dont matter what i have pass through mom already told me bad allways win š«¤
while we are at it, don't forget to format your PC if you're using one. Also, remove all devices from your Gmail and change every password for everything you signed up for.
I used to play in ps4, but when they shut down in ps4 in had to play in phone. But i already did it changed everything. Really thk u
