Is it too much to expect that Sandrone, being a robot, can be restored? Everyone acts as if she's definitely dead, but that might be more out of empathy and uncertainty about whether she can be revived (in the same way, everyone worries about Ineffa as if she were like other humans instead of being like "whatever, we can fix her").

They even teased it during the archon quest that she may have some back up plan in Fontaine, she is definitely coming back, there are just few questions like if her memory is going to remain intact etc etc

I find it very hard to believe that Hoyo would: make a point of mentioning how important a Core is to a mechanical being such as Sandrone, openly say that said core survived, give the player what amounts to a complete record of Sandrone's life up until that point, state that her body, alongside various documents and resources she chose, is being shipped to the Institute that dabbles in mechanical creations, and not do anything further with it at some point. As far as dead characters go, robots are among the easiest to bring back, especially if you don't say in no uncertain terms that there is absolutely no possibility to salvage the remains/use a backup/rebuild the machine.
Sandrone might not be coming back soon, but she has more likelihood of being brought back than some would have you believe

This is pretty tragic when you think about it. Rosalyne's arrogance got her killed, Thrain made a sacrifice that saved Maviuka and gave Night Lord angel a second chance at life, Columbina was dismissed by Anastasia only to be wrongfully made a criminal by Dottore forging Anastasia edict, and Sandrone died protecting Traveler and Nod-Krai while on duty, and Peruere's curse is slowly reaching her heart.
