Tips on how to beat “Lord of Eroded Primal Fire”?
Hi everyone! I’m a new-ish player and I got Mavuika back in July but then I got distracted with my studies and stopped playing. Anyway, I wanna finish building her but I can’t beat the Lord of Eroded Primal Fire. If anyone has any tips for me (elements to use, etc) please let me know. Thank you!

And one little tip: animated burst allows to i-frame damage from meteor. Before I dodged it that way, because of lack of damage.
Or maybe ask someone to help you. I beated him in coop several times, took Kinich and Bennet (with a friend taking not Natlan characters) or Neuvilette with Ororon (with a friend taking Xilonen and Yelan).
getting close and hitting it at melee distance is my go to, although i recommend a healer/buffer like bennet
In general you want at least 1 character who has nightsoul for a phase were he spawns 3 structures that are weak to nightsoul while he swirls you in the middle. If you get that phase down, the boss gets stunned. (mavuika, kachina, pyro mc etc)
You can also choose lower level boss until you can destroy him with mavuika
Pyro traveler is strong as well due to boss specific buffs and nightsoul application
A built Diona can provide a sheild (though kinda weak) healing, EM and Cryo app for Pyro traveler which is nice.
But if you want to battle it normally just take a healer, a character that can apply elements reliably, and your DPS.
The healer is for when it corrupts the ground or you take too much damage. The applicator is for when it starts to generate the 3 abyss towers which needs a lot of elemental application, the dps is for the damage. Fourth one can be anyone.
There is one hit that cannot be dodged so heal through it or revive with food if you die. The rest can all be dodged by gitting gud, so as long as you can deal even a single unit of damage, you'll eventually win.
I applied this logic to every challenge in every game i ever played and i never had to give up once because it always works as long as you show resilience. It only applies to challenges that aren't time gated tho.
