Zibai didnt know why she was imprisoned ?

In Zibai trailer, she said she is imprisoned because she defied HP's will but in the new event, Zhongli said Istaroth actually saved her.

Dont know how Zhongli knows this but Zibai didnt even know why she was imprisoned.

Well, by the time this happens, (Spoilers for the Lantern Rite event):

>!Zibai is already 'dead' and fragmented. Zhongli mentions that none of the 3 fragmets are fully Zibai, and one could argue that the fragment which saved the kid just remembers stuff wrong. The Earth Body inherited MOST of Zibai's memories and wisdom, not all.!<

Also when you've been stuck in a time prison for thousands of years, where every day is equal to a hundred years, one probably has a lot of time think about whether they would have been better off having not been saved.

Those 3 are like her alter ego right? It's Zibai but also not Zibai(?).

HP and Istaroth is also not necessarily fully aligned with everything.
