Yup. Saw a vid of someone using Chasca to Freeze enemies, because the Barbara on the opposing team counted towards Chasca's element allotment.
There's a bit of wonkiness to this PVP, to be sure. I'm curious whether team damage mechanics (Furina, basically) or team heal mechanics (most healers) ALSO affect both teams.

Looks like a serious beyblade battle. The attack type goes crazy throughout the stadium and the defence type stays where it stays maintaining a position to nullify all the attacks.
