chongyun's burst does 3 (4 if you have c6) ice blades or whatever and that's it
his skill puts down a circle like bennett burst that infuses onfielder with cryo for their normals, it will explode and deal damage after a while (probably also needs a constellation, don't remember).
but he's not a good off field applicator at all, in fact him and ningguang are probably some of the worst characters in the game xd

I guess I’m rusty on the old characters then lmao. Been playing since 2020 but admittedly haven’t used chongyun or ningguang since about 2021 lol. For some reason I remember his skill being an applicator and ningguang being a good geo buffer
