Can someone explain why my game suddenly started looking bad?

I don't know if lantern rite came with any update. But from yesterday my game started looking bad with lagging. This pic is from today. All character looks bad without being zoomed in. They no longer looks clear when I play with them.

All of my current setting are at "lowest" they were medium before but now I can't play smoothly with medium.

Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix it?

Some times after updates for whatever reason the GPU needs manually enabled

Is it using yoir GPU in game? Open task manager when the game is running to check

Do you know the specs of your PC?

Have you tried updating your GPU drivers?

As for your image, do you mean it looks pixelly? Go to the graphic settings and set anti aliasing to SMAA, and see if that helps. You'll also want the render resolution to be a bit higher too (ideally 1 if the PC can handle it).

yeah it suddenly turned pixelly. The drive this game is on is 320gb. the render resolution is set in 1.0

Is this a desktop or laptop? If desktop, make sure the monitor is connected to the correct HDMI/Displayport port, it needs to be at the lower ports, not the one next to the USB ports.

Alternatively you can go to Window's Settings -> System -> Display -> Graphics, and make sure genshinimpact.exe is set to high performance.

Edit: You haven't mentioned if you turned back on anti aliasing, that helps with smoothing out edges so it doesn't look pixelly. I prefer the SMAA option over FSR as it looks better.
