Ganyu is more useful

I had this exact choice. I picked Yoimiya because I hate Ganyu and I wish I had waited until after her story quest to wish for her back in 1.2. However, the more correct answer is Ganyu. Yoimiya's constellations are among the worst of all 5 star characters. They are worth very little and you will barely notice. Ganyu's are mediocre but actually do anything at all.
