I hate that they are making me pick between getting another Constellation for Lan Yan or C6-ing Gaming. I know the smart choice is Gaming, but Lan Yan is one of my favorite characters in the whole game. Just let me buy her outright already :(

Any fellow Lan Yan users able to convince me not to C6 Gaming today.

Unless you just don't have any characters, you're not going to find yourself playing Gaming. At his absolute peak using high-end supports, he's about as good as an older c0 five star. He's nowhere near being a meta-unit right now.

Just get an actually good DPS and leave him on the bench.

Thats wrong an invested Gaming is actually better than Arlecchino melt at C0 R0

And better than Nuevilette C0 hypercarry

Gaming C6 Citlali Bennett Iansan is better than the Arlecchino version and better than Nuev Furina Kazuha Xilonen

He does numbers and to the gameplay aspect hes better than most dpses in the game if being relative (Melt still has combos its the same for Mav same for Arle)

Popularity doesnt mean the best it just means its popular

Ineffa, Columbia, Sucrose, and a vacant slot is doing more than a Gaming Team that requires some of the best Supports on the game.

Plus, Gaming's DPS exists on spreadsheets only. His actual combat has build in RNG, and he plays like hot shit.

There's a reason no one plays him.

Actually no its been tested Lauma/Ineffa/Furina is better than Bina + Nuev with no good buffs its bunk on his damage he turns into a water sprinkler he lacks any synergy dude barely does 20% of the dps

Hes worse than Navia, Chiori, Hutao, Yae, Arle, fischl, Durin, Sara C6 in the duo comp (Navia/Chiori actually has higher than av damage dis due to geo procs) dude sucks if no Furina present. All the above have better kits to work with off rip some of the on fielders basically double his output

Arlecchino for example tests worse because White Tassel got scammed by tc guys assuming high end BOL which is not the case in practise and fs over with Benett circle.

I actually rotate characters out all the time in the overworld. My roster is weird, he is my only plunging character, so he does have his uses for me, but I enjoy Lan Yan. My best bet is to hope Lan Yan is on a banner for a character I want later. I didn't really want arlecchino last time around, so it sucked having to pass on her then as well.
