Even if you like one of the characters on the banner that takes blue fates, just do some quests or wait a little bit. There are plenty of opportunities to get the blue fates through rewards and stuff.

pink > blue. Don't redeem for blue whatsoever, you'll get a lot of it from story anyway.
to add some details. You get starglitter & stardust after spending the blue wishes, 2 types, one the gold type and the less shiny type.
The less shiny (stardust), you get more of that. Either way both can be exchanged into wishes from the shop, under paimon's bargains.
For the stardust, So you can exchange them from the shop for 5 pink wishes and 5 blues wishes a month.
For the starglitter (the shiny one), this you'll get only if u get 4\*+ weapon/character (i think). The starglitter can be exchanged for unlimited number of pink or blue wishes.
With the amount of wishes OP has, he can perhaps get possibly 50+ wishes.
