Just equip them like a gadget, and if it's the special lanterns you'll get to pick a friend to send them to, an item to send, and then personalize a card.

hello, how can i get more of the gift xiao lanterns? i only have 5 which ive mistakenly placed in a very hard to access location. would removing them return them to the inventory?
