I think most people would say Hu Tao's constellation is the best one as she's a limited character but like.. I HAVE MAVUIKA AND ARLECHINNO so it feels rather redundant, even with c1 i dont see it being practical

Your Mona is C4, which is the main constellation you're aiming for otherwise, so I'd still pick up Hu Tao here. If not, get Mona C5.

Well if you really like hutao and use her go for it or else dehra c1 is good or going for Mona c5 is also good too

I mean, even if you have better options, I feel like Hu Tao’s C1 is the best choice here still. Not to mention, it’ll make her stronger for situations where you can’t use Mavuika or Arlecchino, like IT.

I mean yeah, Hu Tao is still good, cause you can get the others from Standard banner or losing your 50-50s so other option that is good is Mona.
