Did I brick my account

basically I’m aus but I play on na server but for me the lantern rite released at 1am and I have a sleep schedule so I missed it, now I think my account is bricked because I’m too far behind to do it now. this was gonna be my first lantern rite but time zones ruined it.

The event is running for the entire rest of the patch lol. You absolutely did not miss lantern rite. Or are you referring to one of the login rewards?

Can you access and play your account? If yes, then no.. You did not "brick" it

Did your "best friend", who "pilots" your account, used all your weapons and artifacts as fodders? If no, then you did not brick your account.

Besides, have you looked at events? Some of them take a day or two before they get unlocked lol.

So it seems like you're new and the other comments are not very helpful.

Genshin typically doesn't push you on time limited content super hard. You have the entire duration of the event period to do all the event content. Whether you log in every day starting from Day 1 or procrastinate and do the whole thing on the last day, as long as you complete all the content, you will receive the exact same rewards as everyone else. There is nothing that gets locked or is missable if you don't log in every day.

That being said, it kind of seems you take FOMO way too hard and the idea of your account being "bricked" from missing something is kind of silly. Like if you're panicking this much from possibly missing one day of an event, then your account has already been "bricked" by missing 1,950 days of logins. I'm not really sure this genre is a very good fit for you.
