Should I pull for zibai

I have no Nod Krai character yet I'm at 67 pitty with 50 50 and will acquire maybe 30 pulls till end of 2nd phase so should I pull zibai. I have c1 zhongli furina navia mauvika c1 neuvilette. Please guide should I pull for zibai or wait till nicole I don't like varka.
