I had r5 protoype amber...... I wasn't planning on getting her weapon. I've been saving up for Escoffier. I accidentally, yes accidentally pulled it(my mom was passing by and somehow I ended up pressing x on ps5). It's an early pity(7) and a 50/50 win. Who tf will I use r5 protoype amber with?😭😭😭 It took me 3 weeks to build an r5 amber........man I want them 10 pulls back....

Lots of characters can use pamber, it’s healing, it’s energy, don’t even have to be hp scaling

Yeah, and last time when I said there should be additional confirmation after clicking to pull (on consoles especially) people shouted at me: *"JuSt dOn'T cLiCk oN iT iDiOt11"*.

That's why I don't convert primos to wishes. But quite often you get 10+ fates from just playing.

But to be fair, you lost nothing. Getting a sig at 7 without wasting the guarantee is just pure win. And depending on the Columbina team you might still need that Amber on occasion.

And for people that don't like the idea, it could be completely optional. Something you turn on in the options as additional protection.

People dont read them and still click it, and then come here to complain how the story is ruined for them because of it

If you accidentally spend virtual currency on a virtual character, that is absolutely your fault and you should be the one taking responsibility, and that isnt comparible to real life situations, especially as serious as you mentioned out of the blue.

The principle is *exactly the same*. It doesn't matter if it's something mundane or serious. People are not less prone to mistakes or accidents just because it's a video game. And how is this not a real life situation where money can be involved? Adding an additional step hurts literally nobody. Especially if it would be something optional as I said above.

And it's not like this is rare. We get a fair amount threads like these. This one is the second in this week alone I think. So there is clearly a need for it.

People like you are smartasses untill it happens to them. Because by definition an accident can happen to anyone no matter how careful they are. Because it is, *an accident*.
