She can be paired with hydro for lunar charged, but you can also use her just as an off field electro applicator for other teams.

Depends on how much rolls you've spend. You get a lot of free primogems as a new player, so it's only a matter of time until you get a character.

If you nolife for a few days you can probably get enough rolls to go to pity twice.

Pair her with Columbina or Aino. You get Aino for free. For the rest of the team use some other electro, hydro or anemo characters. Sucrose, Fischl and Mona would be very good choices, because they get the Hexenzirkel buffs if you have completed their Hex-quests.

I Do have Aino and Fischl C3 but I also have C2 ifa he enables lunar damage so
