I'd suggest sending Columbina (with some electro, like ororon) for the crab.
I think Ineffa should be enough for the shock trooper. She would need Aino and Sucrose and some electro, maybe your Cyno
As for your C1R1 Nefer, she should be able to do this with e.g. Kokomi and maybe Kuki

Yeah, the last boss is really hard without neuv or maualani, and you dont even have furina to have a big buff to your dmg.
The only advice i can give you is that you have WAY too much hydro on that team, for this boss you need hydro DMG not fast aplication. The litle crabs once you break their shield they do 60% of hydro dmg taken to the boss (only 10% for other elements) thats why a lot of weak hydro hits in bad here, so kick XQ and mona (too short buff) from that team. You could try Ayato yelan kazuha zhongli (a bit of res shred) but i doubt it could clear SO.
Some ppl will recomend tartaglia here, he can break their shield really fast to make the boss go "weak phase", but for that you need a strong DPS to use that short window to do DMG.

I saw [this clear](https://old.reddit.com/r/Albedomains/comments/1qp10a6/ok_this_was_extremely_hard_fearless_clear_against/) that you have all the characters for, but the clear's constellation levels are higher than yours (Mona's C4 and Albedo's C1 may make a difference) and you may not have 5-star weapons that could make a difference as well. Overall, I can attest that Childe works quite well on this boss so he's probably your best bet for a fairly fast way to deal with the little crabs. And then the rest of the team should be characters that can deal a good amount of DPS for when the boss's shield is down.
