Zibai or Escoffier

Seeing the upcoming banners im stumped on who to choose. I did pull Skirk a while back and she is decently built. However I didn’t grt escoffee unfortunately.

For skirk i already have yelan and other options to make a good team. For zibai i have bina and xilonen and chiori for the last slot. I like them both. Also will zibai be nefer/flins level or lower?

Thanks.

zibai is nefer/ flins level. but the Skirk and Escoffier duo is pretty close too.

It's not confirmed that Escoffier will be re-running next patch but if you want to be certain of your choice then there's always the option of waiting for the livestream to see what they announce as banners.

If they don't announce Escoffuer then you'll still have a few days to pull for Zibai

Is your Xilonen at least C2? Otherwise, her kit requires at least two Pyro / Hydro / Electro / Cryo units to work. There is a team with Zibai, Columbina, Furina, C0 Xilonen that seems to work fairly well. Furina is mainly there to battery Columbina so that you can build her more for damage. Otherwise, C0 Xilonen is not a great teammate for Zibai.

Personally, I'd get Escoffier. Skirk loses a ton of damage without her. There are other options to make Columbina useful such as with Lauma and / or Nefer. And if you really want Zibai, her next rerun will probably come much sooner than Escoffier's.
