I'm sorry but dottore is one of the easiest bosses to do no-hit for, everything is stupidly slow and easy to dodge and you are basically invincible in the shadow realm (which you are 90% of the time) The reversed controls are irrelevant when your auto targeting still works completely fine. There's nothing mechanically intensive in this video.
Unfortunately every weekly boss that came after Raiden were pretty much just spectacle fights with no meaningful difficulty.

Is there an easy strat for the Chess Boss? To me that is by far the most difficult out of all the bosses weve got so far.
Furina+Neuv+Citlalii+flex is great for this fight and makes it quick, as Furina secures a quick phase 1, Neuv can hit both in phase 2 and Citlali synergizes and can freeze, they still have tons of HP, move around a lot and have lots of different very hard hitting attacks. And you have to constantly keep track of 2 enemies in phase 2.
Im not saying its unbeatable, I win everytime but in comparison to the rest it stands out to me.

Using Esco for flex slot, her added hydro buff, and just having Furina+Esco autofreezing during those long wind ups made the boss pretty easy. Also primarily aiming for queen. King just seems to get the majority of damage during wind ups, leaving the queen with a lot of HP left giving too much room for her to revive king.

I don't feel like the Chess boss is particularly hard, it's not the easiest, very middle of the pack. It definitely does have the strictest "if you want to avoid the mechanic you better have a lot of DPS" check though.
You should never be hit during phase 1. All of the attacks are heavily telegraphed (the majority of them even draw a danger box on the ground), the minigames are straightforward. I'd say a generally skilled player could go into the phase for the first time, having never seen it or heard of it before, and not get hit.
Phase 2 is a bit harder, but the attacks are all still heavily telegraphed. You're only ever being attacked by one of the enemies at a time, so you don't actually need to track both of them. The times when you're being attacked by "both" are just a scripted combo attack. The only real surprise in the fight is if they go into the "you must freeze me or I wipe the field" attack after you just used your long cooldown and can't reliably inflict hydro/cryo right then. I would say that it's generally harder to do this phase without getting hit, since there's a wider range of moves to learn (even if they're pretty telegraphed), especially if you get the King version of the instakill, since it spawns random droplets that fall down and are hard to see coming which deal a small amount of damage.

That boss has a guaranteed one shot if you are unable to to pass the nightsoul aligned dmg check . Characters like chasca will be able to do it but even most natlan characters will struggle

one shot? nah it just deals lots of damage, any of my 40k+ hp character can tank it. it deals 2 phase of damage. first impact is evadable in your burst animation, the big 2nd damage deals like 30k.

I do know that mister and most characters will still struggle because they dont have high frequency elemental atacks . And good luck meeting the dmg check to force it into phase 2 while actively dodging with a 1 hp character , unless you have cons

Doing it at 1hp is impossible due to Attrition, not the Nukes. Several of the regular skills are basically impossible to prevent tagging you with some Attrition. Like the Sweep.

But all the arena nuke attacks are *in* phase 2. There's even one that starts with an arena-spanning vortex that deals damage every 0.5 seconds, *before* it summons totems with wards you can hit. That pretty much kills a 1 HP swapless challenge on its own if it happens.

Not a lot of characters can do enough elemental hits on their own to clear those wards. Again, this is swapless.
