Is it a good idea to pull for ineffa in my account? Or should I wait?
I’ve been playing this game for a while (2021) f2p for the most part except when fontain came so I payed for a welkin for navia, I don’t have any of the nod krai characters except for columbina and the free ones, I’ve heard ineffa is good but I didn’t really pull for her in my account since I don’t really like her, but I was thinking “maybe she will enable good teams” but I also think that its just a bad idea right now, would she be any good in my account? Or, if I wait and pull for other characters and wait for another rerun will be the better option? Not that particularly interested in the reactions but won’t mind doing them.

Columbina/Ineffa core is as ridiculous as everyone says it is. It makes a basic taser team with Fischl/Sucrose hit insane Lunar-Charged numbers.
If you only get 1 of them instead of the whole team Ineffa is the most versatile. They can team with off element carries too. This is Ineffa's first rerun there are no hopeful estimations for a second.
If you only get Lauma, you can play Columbina on field.
- if you want to play Columbina on-field, get Lauma (mandatory)
- if you want to play Columbina off-field in any team, get Ineffa (mandatory)
- if you want to play Columbina off-field in a premium lunar team, pick the team you want and get the characters for it (ineffa now and flins next patch, or lauma and nefer when they rerun, or zibai in a few days and hopefully enough Illuga constellations)
Ineffa lets you use her in the most team configurations while also being just one character short of a full premium team if you want to make one (flins). And ineffa also provides a lot of good utility to her teammates (shield and EM). That's why she gets recommended a lot. She is the most low-effort high-reward pick, but that doesn't mean she's the only pick. If you want something specific for your Columbina, get the characters that let you reach it.
Lunar charged, Ineffa is a must.
Lunar bloom, Lauma is a must.
Lunar crystalized, Zibai is NOT a must.
if you're not one to fall prey to FOMO, you can wait it out and see. However, note this, there won't ever be another character that will be like Ineffa and does what she does, even remotely.
