Before u go around calling others as morons , maybe take a look at urself in a mirror when u dont know the first thing about evidence to getting ur account back cause they might have a reason for doing so.

Did u do it login with a face reveal? And know what scratch that even if u did do it with a face reveal , it wouldn't help as ur data isn't present prior to this encounter and for all they know it could be the hacker posing as the owner.

So "Einstein" , sending them the login pics and process is useless if the complaint is that ur account is hacked.

When it could be the hacker in CS eyes and pretty sure they have their own experience dealing with that scenario as mobile accounts are easily sold and then the seller comes to CS to whine later after seeing the account they sold become amazing and they want it back and can't exactly give the receipts as account trading is illegal and can get u banned.

Give them payment receipts as they are unique to ur account ID and have a prior reference for the team to work with on getting ur account back , u fking halfwit.

Aren't those photoshop-able or obtainable from online streams or taken from someone else computer/email/back-up?

Think about it another way. What if someone used one of those methods (or something more creative) and made hoyo give them your account?
