it made me realized that Traveler not being affected against Dottore's time stop was never them being the Descender.

since Columbina's plan basically creating a paradox where she was always possessed Trilune power, when she gave Traveler some of the blessings for the first time, it helped Traveler to blocked Dottore's time stop.
