Could the action of stalling the nail making it not working properly and allow the Abyss to corrupted it ?

Well the people who would later on die wouldn't exist if Zibai did not stall the nail to allow some of the people of Lang-Gan to survive

The corruption of Nail is the result of Cataclysm 500 years ago, As an old Abyss eruption point during Lang Gan it became a source of Abyss eruption point during Cataclysm 500 ago. Electro Yaksha had gone there to suppress the Abyss thus getting locked in the time jail.

Every place which was once an Abyss eruption point before Cataclysm had become the source of Cataclysm in every nation when the Khanriah incident happened.

No because the chasm was safe and heavily in use until the meteorite 500 years ago, and even after that it was fine until very recently the miners dug up the spirit stone.

Probably, but that would mean that Chiwang Terrace was in use *before* the nail dropped and forced the people to migrate to Chenyu Vale, which... Doesn't make sense chronologically. Unless the terrace was there from their time in the Chasm? But then, why would they build it so far away? I'm not sure if I understand it all...
